Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 July 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains clearly and plainly what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it. If anything is unclear, email us at privacy@leadzlander.app.

1. Who We Are

LeadzLander is operated by LeadzLander Labs ("we", "us", "our"). We provide an AI-powered landing page generation platform accessible at leadzlander.app.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information about you when you use our website and services. If you have questions, contact us at privacy@leadzlander.app.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. If you sign in via Google, we receive your name and email from that provider.

Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service — pages visited, features used, prompts submitted, and pages generated. This helps us improve the product.

Device and technical data: We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and general location (country/region) when you access the Service.

Payment information: Payments are processed by a third-party provider (e.g. Stripe). We do not store your full card details — only a token reference and billing summary.

Communications: If you contact us via email or the Contact form, we retain those messages to respond and improve our support.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide the Service: We use your data to create and manage your account, process generations, publish pages, and deliver the features you've paid for.

To improve the product: Aggregated and anonymised usage data helps us understand which features are valuable and where the experience can be better.

To communicate with you: We may send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, generation confirmations) and, with your consent, product updates and marketing messages.

To ensure security: We monitor for suspicious activity, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service to protect the platform and its users.

To comply with legal obligations: We may process or retain certain data where required by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal request.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases: (a) Contract — processing necessary to deliver the Service you signed up for; (b) Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, product improvement, and platform security; (c) Consent — marketing communications (you may withdraw consent at any time); (d) Legal obligation — where required by law.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

Service providers: Trusted third parties who help us operate the platform — cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, and email delivery. They are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only as instructed.

Legal authorities: Where required by a valid court order, subpoena, or applicable law, we may disclose information to law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and maintain session state. We also use analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage patterns.

Our analytics provider is Google Analytics 4. It records the pages you visit and the product actions you take (for example: starting a generation, editing a page, publishing). We send it a pseudonymous account identifier so we can measure the experience across your devices — never your name, email address, prompts, or page content.

You can control or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect your ability to use the Service.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business reasons (e.g. financial records).

Anonymised and aggregated data derived from your usage may be retained indefinitely for product analytics purposes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten").

Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Objection / Restriction: Object to certain processing or ask us to restrict it.

Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@leadzlander.app. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed password storage, and access controls to protect your personal data.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

10. International Transfers

LeadzLander operates globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where such transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or via an in-app notice.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

13. Contact & Complaints

If you have questions, concerns, or a complaint about how we handle your data, contact our privacy team at privacy@leadzlander.app.

If you are located in the EEA and are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
