Refund Policy

LeadzLander offers a permanent free tier — no card required — so you can fully evaluate the product before paying. We encourage you to generate, edit, and publish a page on the free plan before upgrading.

If you upgrade to a paid plan and are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid billing period, no questions asked.

Renewal charges are refundable within 7 days of the charge. Refund requests submitted after these windows are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

You can cancel anytime from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep paid features until then, and no further charges are made.

After cancellation or a refund, your account reverts to free-tier limits.

Email our support team at support@leadzlander.app with the email address on your account. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method.
