By accessing or using LeadzLander ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

LeadzLander is an AI-powered landing page generation platform. Users can describe a landing page concept in natural language and the platform will produce a complete, ready-to-publish design on their behalf.

The Service includes a split-panel workspace, AI generation pipeline, publishing infrastructure, and associated tools. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time at our discretion.

You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. LeadzLander reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without their explicit permission.

All pages, designs, and content you generate using LeadzLander are owned by you. We claim no intellectual property rights over the output you produce through the Service.

LeadzLander retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service itself — including the AI models, underlying software, UI, and brand. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

By using the Service, you grant LeadzLander a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, or in violation of any third-party rights.

Prohibited activities include: generating spam or phishing pages, impersonating other individuals or organisations, attempting to circumvent security measures, scraping or bulk-downloading platform data, and reselling access to the Service without authorisation.

LeadzLander reserves the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these guidelines, with or without prior notice.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the option selected at checkout, and are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to free-tier limits.

Your first paid billing period includes a 7-day money-back guarantee, and renewal charges are refundable within 7 days of the charge. Refund requests are handled via email support — see our Refund Policy at /refund-policy for details.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

By using the Service you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

LeadzLander does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before publication.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadzLander shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our data retention policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms or posed a risk to other users or the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or via an in-app notice.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LeadzLander Labs is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
